Where are the AI-generated wallpapers and related data stored?

The user-generated wallpapers and related data will be stored on the servers of Razer and Leonardo.ai. When a user deletes a wallpaper, it will be removed from both servers.

What are tokens and how can I get free tokens?

Tokens are used to generate images on the platform and can be recharged in a variety of ways. Free tokens are automatically added for users using registered Razer ID accounts, at the beginning of each month and can be found via the CREATE > AI page.

What are the limitations of free tokens?

Free tokens can only be used to generate 1080p wallpapers and cannot be accumulated. Any unused free tokens will be reset to zero at the end of the month (UTC time/Server time).

How can I generate wallpapers with 2K or 4K resolution?

Currently, 2K and 4K resolution wallpapers cannot be generated with free tokens, and users need to purchase Tokens to generate them. For each 2K/4K wallpaper, the corresponding number of tokens is 1 token/2 token.

If I have both free tokens and purchased tokens, which tokens will be deducted first when generating a 1080p wallpaper?

The system will first attempt to deduct the free tokens. If you have insufficient free tokens, the system will deduct from your purchased tokens instead. Free Tokens and purchased tokens cannot be used together in one transaction.

Can Paid Users continue to receive free tokens?

All Razer Axon users who are using registered Razer ID accounts can receive the same amount of free tokens each month, including Paid Users.

Can user-generated wallpapers and related data be used for AI training to improve the AI model?

Can I freely download, share, or use AI-generated wallpapers for commercial purposes?

Yes, users can freely download, share, and use the wallpapers generated by AI, however users cannot use any of the wallpapers generated by AI for commercial purposes.

Can other Axon users see the wallpapers I generate?

No, the wallpapers generated using the AI are only visible to the user. Users can view all the wallpapers they have generated using the AI in LIBRARY->MY WORKSHOP. Users can also download wallpapers locally, share, and post on social media.

Can purchased tokens be exchanged or resold?

Purchased tokens can only be used by the users who purchased them and cannot be exchanged or resold.

Can I use a token more than once or request for a token refund if I happen to be unsatisfied with the generated image?

No. Once you have redeemed a token to generate a wallpaper, the token has been consumed and is not returnable.
